K12 Annual Report 2013
After completing the report in 2012, the client was pleased and increased the budget and production for the 2013 report. This included a map with 3 acetate sheets in cyan, magenta, and yellow based on duration. When first viewed the map is in full color and as you turn through the layers, similar to the idea of an anatomy book.
Process
I worked closely with the vendor to ensure that the acetate sheets aligned provided a full color map of the US. For cost efficiency and scheduling purposes, the interior was produced digitally but the cover and inside cover was offset printed. I proofed the cover as well as the interior. All this allowed us to come under budget and produce these in a timely fashion.
